Experience the combination of ancient atmosphere with modern amenities
We want you to feel better with us than in a hotel, so we emphasize the cleanliness of the environment and the comfortable sleep of each of our guests in the ancient atmosphere of a cottage with modern equipment. You will have the entire cottage with all the equipment and the adjacent garden only to yourself. All rooms are located on the ground floor of the cottage without a single step.
- The cottage has 10 beds + 2 full-sized extra beds (for adults) with the possibility of further expansion with cots. The accommodation price includes quality bed linen and towels for all guests.

- 2 bathrooms with toilets and a washing machine - one with a shower, the other with a bathtub
- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, kettle, espresso coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, blender, toaster, toaster and much more.
- Common room - the vaulted heart of our cottage with excellent acoustics, where you will find a dining table with a bar, a fireplace stove with heat exchanger, a seating area, a smart TV with Netflix subscription, a soundbar with airplay function, board games, children's chairs and other equipment.
- Dedicated ski storage space with heated boot holders.
- Outside the main living area, you can use a lockable room for bicycles, strollers and other equipment.
- Heating is provided by an electric boiler with central distribution in combination with a fireplace stove (firewood included in the price).
- WiFi network with a fast internet connection is available throughout the building.
- We ask all guests to change their shoes in the cottage.
- The recreation barn, which is directly connected to the house, offers you a Finnish sauna for up to 4 people, a ping-pong table, table football, darts and outdoor seating with a grill and a heating lamp. After the sauna, you can cool off with an outdoor watering bucket, which you simply fill with water from a well carved in the rock.
- You will have the entire fenced garden to yourself. In the garden there is a children's playground with a slide, climbing frames, swings and a sandpit, as well as a fire pit, football goals and space for other games. You will have equipment for various sports (badminton, football, pétanque and others).
- Parking for up to 3 cars is possible right next to the cottage on a fenced plot. For other cars, it is possible to use free parking at Náměstí Dr. Karel Kramář, 100 meters from the building or at the Krakonoš Theater, 150 meters away.

Peace and relaxation in the heart of Vysoké nad Jizerou
Our cottage, whose history dates back to 1800, offers accommodation for up to 12 people with the option of cots. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a lockable room for bikes/skis/strollers and a rest barn attached to the house.
Parking for up to 3 cars right next to the cottage, other cars can park for free in the square 100 meters from the property.
We think of families with children
The entire cottage is furnished for a pleasant stay of families with children, so that it becomes your excellent background for a carefree vacation. Children of all ages will have a great time here. You will have a changing table, board games, books, sports equipment and much more at your disposal.
A unique combination of relaxation and outdoor enjoyment
Enjoy perfect relaxation in our relaxation barn with a Finnish sauna, outdoor seating, barbecue and fun at the ping-pong table and football. Your children will be happy in the safety of the fenced garden with a playground with swings and a slide, a sandpit, a pool, a fire pit and space for their other games.

Right behind the cottage, views of the Krkonoše Mountains, the Jizera Mountains, Kozákov and Bezděz await you, through which you will be guided by many pleasant and comfortable hiking trails suitable for the youngest or the oldest, whether on foot or by bike.
In addition to real nature, you will also find ski lifts within walking distance, a beautiful Park of Poets with statues and rare trees, a children's playground, several restaurants, the Krakonoš Theater, an excellent bakery and grocery store, where time has stopped in the best sense of the word. There are also several outdoor swimming pools nearby. Your vacation can be truly unique. We look forward to you!

Reasonable prices for your dream vacation
Depending on the time of year, the cottage can be booked for a different minimum number of nights, and the price per night also decreases after a certain number of nights.
- Prices are valid for up to 8 guests. From the 9th guest, an additional charge of CZK 200 / night / person is made. Thank you for your understanding.
- rent of the entire cottage incl. equipment, high-quality Internet connection, consumption of hot and cold water
- bed linen and towels for all guests
- electricity consumption 100 kWh / night (enough for normal consumption when heating in a fireplace stove with an exchanger)
- basics in the kitchen (salt, spices, tea, coffee, etc.)
- local fee to the village from the stay - CZK 18 / adult / night
- final cleaning CZK 1,500
- electricity consumption for sauna use
- electricity consumption above 100 kWh / night
- a dog by prior agreement for a fee of CZK 200 / night (due to higher cleaning requirements).
- refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 - upon arrival we collect a refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 in cash, which will be returned to you upon departure after proper handover of the cottage
We ask all staying guests to leave the cottage without a mess. Otherwise, an additional fee of CZK 3,000 may be charged for final cleaning. Thank you for your understanding.
